Being a new build the house is extremely well insulated and has both thermal and PV solar power; also rainwater harvesting. Recently we have had an air sourced heat pump installed.  We try to be as eco friendly as possible.

Accommodation includes a cooked Lincolnshire breakfast with locally sourced produce, served in the kitchen/diner overlooking side garden. Continental or vegetarian breakfast also available if ordered in advance.
